企业有其他应收款能注销吗
企业注销的时候，有其他应收款余额，税局是不受理注销业务的。企业需要通过账务处理，把其他应收款余额清零，税局才会受理注销登记的。需要向对方把其他应收款款项收回，或者无法收回就需要按坏账处理。
